Yardley Hastings is the perfect meeting spot, situated off of the A428; 10 minutes from Northampton and 20 minutes from Bedford.
The pub dates back to the 17th century retaining its stone-flagged floors & beamed ceilings.
Well supported by local residents it manages to combine a friendly village ‘local’ as well as a destination food pub!

The Restaurant
Our restaurant is divided into two sections, the Lower and Top restaurant seating 65 covers. Both are the perfect setting to enjoy a meal out with friends and family.
We offer a Bistro Menu, which includes all of our classics, as well as Monthly Changing Specials. Sandwiches and additional Snacks are offered at Lunch Times. We serve food 7 days a week, however Monday Lunches are only served on Bank Holidays.
In one group booking we can take up to 36 people, Monday - Saturday. Please note on Sundays, the Maximum number we take is a party of 12 people.
The Bar
Our Draught Ales include Northampton’s Phipps IPA, Greene King IPA & Abbot and 2 Rotating Guest Ales. Our Guest Ales always include one Gluten Free Ale.
A variety of Lagers & Ciders are offered on Draft, as well as a 0% Lager, and Guiness.
We have an extensive drinks list, including Local Gins from Phipps, Warners & Two Birds.
The Stretch Tent
Able to accommodate 30 diners, it consists of Seven tables, seating between 2-8 people. It is ideal for those wishing to dine alfresco but prefer to be shaded from the Sun.
This area can also be exclusively booked for large groups wanting an informal drinks/nibbles gathering.
The Garden
The Large Garden at the rear of the premises provides seating for around 70 customers (in addition to the Stretch Tent) We have a large lawn area (non-bookable), which is ideal for large groups, families and dogs. There is also a landscaped gravel area, that can be booked and is a lovely spot to dine or drink in the Summer Months. We have a Woodfired Pizza Oven in this area, available throughout the Summer.
Local
We try to source as many of our ingredients and products from Local Suppliers. Some of these include, ‘The Roastery Coffee’ in Wellingborough, Tilleys Wine in Wollaston, Franks Butchers in Rothwell and Fruit and Veg from Harvest in Olney.
The Garden Shed
Our Outdoor Kitchen & Bar. Opened at Weekends (weather dependant) serving Cocktails, Draft Beers and Street Food!
